While a good regime of washing twice a day is healthy for your skin, going overboard can really make the problem worse. Acne Myth 5 – “You have to live with Acne”
Sometimes the problem of acne can be so frustrating that acne sufferers themselves to believing that it will never go away. But just because you may use one cream without results, it doesn’t mean that your situation is hopeless. While there is no cure-all that will work for everyone all the time, all that means is that you may need to try a few different methods before you find success. There are enough types of treatment out there today that chances are something out there will work for you.
